Lúnula reveals architecture as a cycle. Like the moon appearing in fragments, the house shows itself little by little — in cuts of light, in materials that rest in shadow, in rituals of a dwelling that takes the time it needs.

The interiors project unfolded as a precise and sensitive intervention on a residence built between 2023 and 2025. Across approximately 400 to 420 m², it was conducted exclusively in the interiors field — with a clear premise: to respect the integrity of the existing architecture and, at the same time, imprint a new layer of identity aligned with the residents' profile.

The listening began with the family: a couple with two children whose routine is marked by intense conviviality, frequent reception of friends, and active use of social spaces. The strategy created broad, integrated, and versatile environments capable of accommodating different dynamics without losing a sense of unity. The language is anchored in references to Brazilian architecture and design, translating a welcoming and culturally connected atmosphere.

Materiality favors woods in light tones combined with a neutral and luminous chromatic base — a choice that broadens the perception of space and reinforces the entry of natural light. Furniture takes a fundamental role in building this identity: signed Brazilian design pieces, mainly in social spaces, qualify the rooms without excess and maintain the elegance the clients sought. Controlled repetition of materials, colors, and textures ensures spatial fluidity and cohesive reading of the whole.

The project values the existing qualities of the house — good insolation, large openings, generous fenestration — and amplifies them rather than competing. Across the 400 m² designed, Lúnula balances respect for what exists with contemporary intervention: a lighter, more alive, more inviting house, aligned with the family's way of living and with the essence of contemporary Brazilian architecture. The house that chose its own light.
